Crunching sound when transposing

I opened one of my Ableton Live 4 sets in the newest beta version. I went to go to my snare line, cut out one snare hit, and then un-warped it. At this point, i transposed the snare hit by -13, and the whole track started making this crunching sound, like it was skipping, but it it was playing fine (no delay or anything). Once i put it back the way it was everything was fine again.
