importing audio all weird

Hey guys

Hope you are all great

Has this ever happened to you guys? I imported a mix into ableton that I downloaded from wetransfer and the file looks all weird. Almost looks like the audio is reversed or upside down. And as soon as you play is just makes a horrible noise clipping and going straight into the red.
Is this a corrupted file? Does not do that with the other mix wav options I have.

Hey Werner,

I had the same problem with 32-bit wave files.
Just convert them to 16 or 24 bits in another software (Audition, Audacity ...) to make them usable for Live.
