Selling an upgraded license

Maybe this is not a clever question, but..

This is what I see at the transfer page on my ableton account (see picture).
Will the potential buyer get one full Ableton Live Suite license as is, even though I upgraded to it from Live Lite?

You're transferring your Live 10 Suite license, so that's what you're buyer will end up with...

Transferring ownership of a Live or Push license – Ableton:

Only entire Live licenses can be transferred: all corresponding serial numbers in a license will be acquired by the buyer (including any upgraded serials).

That's everything you see under your license in your user account when you open the dropdown "View serial numbers" any packs you've purchased and tied to your current license wil be included as well.
