"Convert Drums to New MIDI Track" - How to change the output MIDI notes? (snare, kick etc)

All my personal drum rack presets are on a 16 pad block in the middle of the full Drum Rack (E2 through G3), however Ableton outputs the converted drum midi to the lower group of 16 notes in the rack.
Ideally I would like to change which MIDI notes these are output into (Snares land on D1, but I would like snares to land on A2). It's not a huge deal, but I figured there might be an obscure way of changing the default notes so that the MIDI drum loops will work with my presets with no manual shifting of the notes on my part.
