Volume automation on all tracks

Hello. I want to reduce the volume levels on all tracks in one go. I can do that by selecting all the tracks and reducing the overall volume. However, I can't work out how to to record that adjustment to make it permanent. Any ideas? Thank you.

Stick a Utility on the master and automate the gain.
