HELP Can't See Toolbar?

I'm running 4.1.2 on windows2000 . When I open Live I can't see all of the top tool bar. I can see -TAP , Tempo , time sig...etc up to Key but nothing to the right of it .Midi ,Cpu, Key And Midi map cntrols,do not appear. I've tried full screen mode , and adjusting my screen and monitor setting but to No prevail. All help is welcomed Thanks. I just picked up a new X- Station and can't set my new midi up .....Man this SUX!!!
