Hello. I have v9 and v10.
I have already downloaded the packs for v9 long time ago. Now I see this:

My question:
Should I download and upgrade the pack or not?
Is this an upgrade?
It is a bit confusing, isn't it?

Packs that were really upgraded (kinda rare) will show a warning in the Packs section of Live 10's browser.

Not sure what they would have changed.
I'm guessing any improvements would be small (using the newer effects mainly if anything)
