D and loss of Audio

D and loss of Audio
Hi there, i have been using Ableton for year and never had a problem with it, but i have just loaded a tune-up and am getting Audio loss and a D in the top right is orange.. i have turned up my buffer but it has made no difference, i have also tried a different tune and the same problem..
can someone help me please.

D is disk overload. Maybe something else such as a backup program is using the disk at the same time, or you're running out of space, or... Press shift+/ (?) and all will be revealed.

Shift+/ brings up the help window in the lower left corner of Live and describes anything that you mouse over.

Doing shift and / brings up the info box yes, but nothing happens when it crashes..
no info at all apart from what the D means..

what do you need spec wise?
I have run the task manager and the Disk goes tO 98%.. but there is not much underneath it..
so where the drain is coming from i have no idea.
i have taken a pic of it but can't see the attachment for a pic...

-cpu
-disk type and speed (HD’s or ssd)
Usual stuff you should post when having a pc issue so others know what your pc is like...
