Hi,
I've come to realise the only way to get past my CPU issues, is with an upgrade...
So here's my work flow / CPU requirements :
1) VST synths using 5-10 note polyphony
2) 3rd Party reverb fx (Toraverb)
3) multi band compression (Fabfilter) on a couple of channels
4) Master channel processing...
I would probably end up using 20/30 tracks per project. But some tracks can be CPU hungry...
Intel i9 9900 or Razen 9 3900x?
Regards,
B

Re: Another AMD / Intel question
I have a Ryzen 3600 and have had no problems running many plugins inc Diva, Omnisphere, or Ozone. Using a Gigabyte Aurus x570 ultra and 16mb Corsair Ram, but I do have a gen4 nvme drive in there too, which helps
