Hi.
I'm right clicking on the Warp Markers and getting the following options
Warp From Here
Warp From Here (Start at X bpm)
Warp X BPM From Here
Can someone please explain what the differences are and how best to get a track in time with the project tempo.

As far as I know you simply monkey with the tempo until it matches up. But I rarely use the warp feature other than to fix the timing of individual notes.
