how to watch a (sub) Forum seeking for gold

Hi everybody.

New here.
I didn't find a way to watch a sub Forum, you know, when you want to be stalked with emails every time that a new thread is posted.
Specifically the buy and sell one.
I find that it would fit more my needs if I could be alerted, rather than constantly coming here to check if there is something new and if I'm late it's gone...

Is that possible?
And if so, where has this well needed function been hidden?

I don't think they have that here , this forum barely functions and most of the people on here are clueless.

Even 3 years ago when this forum was alive there still wasn't anyone who knew anything ...
