HI GUYS
I bought Patches from Ptchman music to use with my old Roland JV 2080 using my Akai EWI 4000s. I send a sysexc file via Midi ox to the JV 2080 and this receives the patches and places them on the USER PATCHES area. But when I switch off the JV unit the Patchman patches disapppear and the factory USER patches return to the USER area. How can I make sure that the Patchman patches are retained in memory?
It is true that at the end I get a msg saying USER MEMORY DAMAGED and sometimes a msg saing BATERY LOW. Has it to do do a battewry problem on the JV 2080?
