Question 1.
Macintosh.
Pressing start within Live 2.01 in slave mode, rewired to Logic 5.5
( OS 9.2.2 ) does not start the Logic sequencer. Logic controls Live 2.01 fine. Am I missing a setting in Logic or
Live ? Thanks for any input...
Question 2.
PC
Cubase SX and Live 2.01. After setting up the rewire channels in Cubase SX then launching Live. Live takes over as the rewire master eventhough is was launched last, then changes the tempo settings in Cubase.
Does anyone know the proper way to set up the Cubase SX (master) to Live 2.01 (slave ) mode ?
Also question 1 also happens on the Cubase SX to Live situation on PC.
Thanks

its not a prob w/ logic. rewire is just broken on 2.0.1. i get the same prob on sx&xp. and tempo problems, display bugs, wrong outputs, etc. guess ableton is in the category of microsoft or steinberg or apple when it comes to releasing stuff thats clearly not finished...but im sure it will be fixed in 2.0.2, whenever that comes out

i just tried live as a slave to sonar...it actually works. well you can start and stop within live anyways. the tempo doenst always get inherited properly and you certainly cant send tempo changes from live back to sonar, and of course the rewire assignments on channel busses etc are broken, but its much more functional than it is in sx right now, if you have a choice of host applications...
