No sounds coming out of Ableton, no waveform display

Hi all
New and lost with this (rather intimidating) software.
I was navigating in Ableton Live 10 (Trial), loading MP3 and listening to music with my headphone trough the computer's sound card.
Then I pushed some buttons and no more sound since then. I'm abale to listen to music with other software, but not Ableton.
Also, in the Arrangement view, I don't see the MP3's waveform. I was able to see the waveform, but not anymore.

These problems are probably very simple (read stupid), so it's hard to find on the web where it direct me to re-install audio sound card etc...
I would appreciate a few tips, hints or a 101 cheat sheet to help me resolve this 12-24 issue.
