I'm about to loose my mind over this. So I want to use this plugin "gatekeeper" from infected mushrooms to trigger different envelopes dependent on what midi notes are played. This IS supported within the plugin, but the rub is that it then is not synced to the tempo of Live and the sequence/envelope pattern is triggered when the key is pressed. Like when you trigger a clip in Live and the launch quantization is set to none. The thing though is that it works great midi mapping the play function within the different envelope patterns to specific midi notes. But, and there's two problems here. The midi notes that are midi mapped to gatekeeper will no longer output those notes to my synth(and I guess that makes sense to set it up by default as that), but the biggest problem is that the notes are toggled so I have to press the note one more time to turn of the play function.
How would you guys solve this in the most efficient way? I don't want to bother people with to many stupid noob questions, but I just can't figure this out.. I'm on latest version of Ableton Live suite. I would appreciate any help incredibly much!
