Recovering Ableton preferences?

One of my OS drives went out requiring a fresh install of an older OS running Live 9.7.7 but the settings presets and sample folders are all gone and have to be redone. Is there a way to recover those settings from the backups I have? I have 2 backup drives that would have those wherever they are stored in Ableton. Just need the how and where the setting would be and where They should go.
