AM i stupid? or can you not save individual slices easily

With the MPC you can easily slice samples and save the individual slices into wav files without even trying. i feel like with the push you can slice but then you are left with the 100 slices and you cant just extract the one you want.
My Goal: To slice a large sample into individual slices BUT then save the slices i want into a seperate drum rack or basically turning the slices into .wav files.
Can you do this with the push 2?

Slice By Manual might be what you're looking for to selectively choose your slices, then press the Convert button to Drum Rack:
