Ableton 10 Crashing

Hi all.

I have a song I have been working on for some time that crashed today and I cannot get back into the song.
The recovery process doesn't work. So I am left wondering what I can do about it.

I think some auto updates occurred today and yesterday to Ableton and its been volatile like loosing all my preferences / locations / activations / plugins / packs and so forth.

Any ideas on how I can get my song back.

Update.

I have deleted 2 plugins from Brainworx the BX Reverb and BX Delay.
This has allowed me to get the song back at least.
