So I'm not sure exactly what I did, or how I managed this but for some reason, the automation override has been automated :S . I linked a quick video showing what happens..

Another thing that keeps happening which I'm not sure why, is at certain points as the song is playing, some tracks switch over to session view, but I don't have any clips in session view so I don't know what the cause is and there is nothing automated in those tracks. I'll click the red play button, and they will come back but every time I replay the track the same thing happens. can anyone explain this or should I make a support request?

This will come on (meaning automation for one of the tracks is disabled) due to either manually moving an automated control or a MIDI device being used to automate a control that has automation recorded. The latter can occur if you have a controller sending some phantom signals (a pot is a little dodgy or something). You can midi learn the automation enable button to re-enable automation but it will only lock ON when you override an automated control as above.
So you are saying when you are playing an arrangement at some point a session clip just starts playing which of course cuts off the track in arrangement? Again, this isn't something you can automate but something that comes from a controller.Another thing that keeps happening which I'm not sure why, is at certain points as the song is playing, some tracks switch over to session view, but I don't have any clips in session view so I don't know what the cause is and there is nothing automated in those tracks. My guess is you have a hardware controller of some kind that is causing these issues. First step, disconnect all controllers and see if you still have the same issue.
