How do I install GhostHack packs

I'm having a hard time figuring this one out. I downloaded a gazillion .wav files but can't figure out how to put them into Ableton.
I had them installed at one point but lost all my addons. I know to add a plugin you have to have point ableton to the .dll file. Only the GhostHack downloads don't come with .dll files. Only .wav files. What exactly are they? Samples? It's still all Greek to me. LOL

Wav files are sound files.

You need to place them in a location on your puter and add that as a user library location in the Live browser.

At some stage, recommend highly to flick through the manual to grasp some of the basics.
