Arrangement view: playhead jumps back randomly

When the arrangement is not playing and I click somewhere in the timeline ruler, the loudspeaker symbol is shown and the arrangement plays. Fine.
But often after a bar or so the playhead in arrangement view jumps back and plays the same section again.
I find this a bit annoying and I don't understand the reason - is this related to the global launch quantization? But I'm in arrangement view, not session view!

Yep. It happens because you're launching the playback on a time division outside of your global quantisation time window.
It usually means that your global quantisation value is different than your grid setting.

I made sure my grid and global quantize were set the same and I am still getting the jump back. I'm not sure how it started. I've been in this project for days but today it started... What do I need to do to "fix" it?
