I already complained about this in the beta test to no avail, but I really think it's a shame
Ableton killed of the old pen tool that simply lets you click and drag down to change velocity in Live 11, when creating notes.
It was my favorite pen of all the DAWs because of how quick it was, you could work with your laptop in bed using one hand without even having to touch the keyboard. I thought of it as almost a live tool as well, you could keep a loop running and quickly click in and delete notes with different velocity while Live was running.
I never had the problem that I accidently created lower velocity notes with it at all and I'm not quit sure what their reasoning behind it's removale is.
