Live 5.0.1 Rewire with Cubase BIG issues

Hello,
has anyone experienced problems bouncing (rendering) a peice that is using Cubase as the master and Live 5.0.1 as Slaved rewire app?
Try as I might, I get only the first few seconds of Live, than nothing but noise while the rest of the composition that was produced in Cubase goes on playing properly....also, after it's finnished bouncing, both programs are hung and the noise that's in the bounced track is blairing out my speakers.
If I can't bounce tracks, I can't eat.... help... lossing weight fast
ps. It's a PC 1.6 GHZ Centrino 1 Gig Ram, no hardware complications...lalala.

I still get a few issues with SX and Live5, mainly some dropouts here and there in the rendered file. Try exporting, and check "real time" export in SX, seems to work ok that for me, though obviously it can be slow.
