Hanging/crash/Elicenser

Hi all, anybody going through this? It only does it with elicenses software. In my case, vengeance, steinberg and VSL Vienna. The error message on the eLicenser Control says
Application has caused the following error:
Could not connect POS
On Cubase 11, I do not have this problem.
I tried to unistalled, cleaned and update to the latest software of all mentioned but no joy. I am usin Win10 Pro with Live 11.0.1. Any insigt o suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
