MPE does not seem to be working

Hello all!

So I have Serum and it should work with MPE (my only plugin that does work with it) but no matter how hard I try and look up videos, the note slide/glide function does not work.
I try to draw where I want the notes and alas, the notes stay the same.

Are you using L11?
Do you see a little "MPE" label on Serum's device title bar? If not, right-click it to activate MPE.
