Midi Keyboard works but the tone is not ending

Hey everybody i have a big Problem with my Midi Keyboard. I open a Vst Synthesizer to play the sounds with my keyboard but every vst and sound i hit 1 key and it doesn't stop to play this key. if i push another key it plays both really annoying. what can i do? best regards

ps I'm using mac os big sur on MacBook
