Multi clip midi export

It is possible to export a clip midi, but it is not possible to export a more than one clip at the same time. Let's suppose that I have two clips, one in track 1 and other in track 2. If I select a clip, the export midi option is enabled. However, if I have both selected, the export midi option is disabled.

The solution for this problem at the time being relies in exporting each clip individually and then use a midi merger (search google for online midi merger). Ableton could definitely provide an embedded solution for this problem. Thanks for listening.
