SSL UF8 not working

Anyone using this with Ableton 11. SSL has the worst customer service. They take weeks to get back and write one line. I don’t think this is compatible with Ableton 11 even though they claim it is. The meters never work correctly and moving banks has different fader levels randomly all the time. Button say they are muted when they are not. I bought two of them and the same thing happens on both so it is not defective. Has anyone bought a UF8 and had success with Ableton. I’m extremely dissatisfied with SSL for such a famous company not taking the time to call back. I left them a message and they again sent a one line email. And last the manual is for a old version of Ableton as well.
