m4l devices - limited by scene number?

my m4l devices on my master track don't seem to respond if i'm engaging with a scene after the scene numbers go north of 300. Im not exactly sure where the cutoff is. I use one called "Scene name explorer" and isotonik studios "LaunchSync LE." the former claims to be able to read up to 1000 scenes. The latter has known compatibility issues because isotonik has stopped supporting their extremely useful devices for Live 11, so It's always kinda wonky in 11.

But they both work, I just cant follow or search for any scenes above 300. why do they work only in this limited capaciy? What am I missing?

We're still supporting our devices in Live 11, you should open a support ticket via the website if you are having issues.
