Cant create a new midi track

For a couple of months now Ive had issues loading a new midi channel in any set with out ableton crashing
11.1.5 win 10

I have forwarded a myriad of crash reports but have heard nothing and the issue is still there , right click, insert midi track, hold tight,..............a serious programme error has occurred

nothing much has changed with my set up for years , I cant recall a new VST that started this issue but frankly it rendering my ableton investment a sham and official support I'm afraid has been zero. Any advice anyone ?

Did you sent them to [email protected] or to [email protected]? If you need feedback and help (which is the case) you need to use the latter.

Do you have any 3rd party plugin or M4L device as part of your default midi track?
