Finding settings from a missing/outdated plugin?

I'm trying to recover settings for the VST2 plugins in an Ableton project.

I'm on an M1, I'm using Battery (among other things) and it does not load. Indeed, no VST plugs load on the machine.

Opening Ableton in Rosetta does not help.

Is there a way to... look inside the ableton file, see what data it keeps from the plugin, so I could just recreate the VST settings in the AU or VST3 Battery?

Which Ableton Live version are you using?
Mac Studio M2 Max and MacBook Pro M4
