Ableton Forum

So I just got a new MacBook Pro M2 and have to authorise Live but need another unlock.
Yet again Ableton are taking forever to give me a new unlock.
I have now been waiting 7 DAYS and counting.

It's not the first time this has happened.
How does Ableton expect professional musicians/producers to work with this ridiculous authentication method.

This is truly UNPROFFESSIONAL and is pushing me to get Logic Pro instead.

I ran out of licences a few weeks ago (after two new laptops that were duds). On the licence page (https://www.ableton.com/en/account/) it said I had run out, and there was a link to a form to request more. Took a day, maybe less, for them to add another for me. Certainly didn't need to raise a ticket any other way.
