Don't see MPE in my DAW, i'm having an issue with my Novation sl mk3 mod wheel never lighting up, even outside Ableton, can't figure it out, but in Ableton, I don't see the MPE screens you guys show

MPE is a Live 11 feature.
Mod Wheel is not MPE.
Maybe you only need to enable Remote in the MIDI port.

Nope. Standard, and even Intro have MPE capabilities, see
here.
No idea about Lite, though.
