Create racks in Push

It doesn't seem that you can create instrument or effect racks in Push 3 it seems. I thought that it would have been intuitive to be able to select the FX/instruments etc, then group them to create racks, like in Live, and how you can group instruments on P3. Unless I am missing something.

You can't atm.
A workaround is to prepare an empty rack in Live, (with multiple chains if you want) save it as a preset, and send this preset to P3S.
Then use this preset and fill it with whatever device you want.

If you're about to ask: but how do I map macros from P3S then?

Is it possible to create macros for external instruments? I just tried creating an instrument rack with a macro mapped to a cc for the filter cutoff to my Prophet 5. However the M4L device is third party (here https://www.roberthenke.com/technology/m4l.html), is there a way of adding that to Push 3, or is there another better way to map macros to external instruments?
