Where Ableton plugs, files etc. are on Mac?

Is there a good diagram anywhere of where all of the plug-ins and Ableton related preferences etc. are automatically stored on a Mac? Another issue, I downloaded some new sample packs and I am not quite sure where to store them properly to view them from the Ableton browser so they blend with what the defaults are.
