I may be being daft here, I've been a live user for ages and never had a problem with a live authorisation. Until now!
I had live on a mac pro 2008, then upgrade to a mac mini = fine, then studio m2 came out so sent back mini and bought studio = fine, then decided I needed more RAM so the final studio has arrived today. To save a load of hassle I thought I'd migrate using Time Machine.
However, each time I try to authorise I get a message saying I have exceeded the number of authorisations *on this computer*. There is no way of removing authorisations as far as I can see and it was a new machine out of the box.
I then decided to wipe the Mac and start again but I get exactly the same error even from a clean instal.
Filled in the *please authorise the software I've paid a lot of money for* form but it's been tumbleweed all day.
Can anyone help?

Yeah I think so. How long do they normally take as I'm obviously keen to test the new machine!

They try to prioritize unlocks, so hopefully not too long.

Keep us updated. I always worry about this as sometimes hardware changes tripper it as a new machine.

It's really kinda a strange because I've never run into it, but it happens from time to time. Yes, please let us know how it goes with support and getting more unlocks
