Push 3 Standalone - Disable "Select on Launch"?

Looks like Push 3 is missing some core settings from Live. I need "Select on Launch" disabled to perform. Push 3 Standalone not only defaults to "on" but doesn't allow modifying it - not in the interface, and AFAICT the file PushPreferences.json has no reference to it.

Am I missing something or is this a feature request I need to make?
