Hi, I am trying to create a live performance set.
I understand from watching some others that it is easiest to set a MIDI instrument to monitoring IN on the track.
I am using clips to change the settings on each song.
However, when I am in monitoring IN mode, the Session view shows the clip as grey.
As per this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xxdcpziqjbjkz ... .jpeg?dl=0
When I arm the track recording though, the clip has colour again.

Does anyone know why this happens? And how I can solve it and keep the clip coloured?
Thank you.
Help: Why are clips greyed out in session view when Monitor is set to In?

I ran into this recently too, I don't have a clue why.
I did find these:

I knew about the orange button in arrangement, but that is for an entire set? The other is more interesting and I'll look into it when it happens again.
Of course in my case, it could have been that stupid Arturia Keylab MKII, that thing had a mind of its own.

Thank you for the reply Chris.
Funnily, I am using an Arturia Keylab MKII too. haha!
I have seen videos similar to those you shared, but they tend to explain greyed out clips in arrangement view.
Either ways, I suppose for now I just have to keep that record button on to not have the clips greyed out. Haha! Strange.
