Cue new clip without triggering?

Apologies if this is a very basic questions, but is there a clear way to use follow on actions to cue the below clip without playing it? Essentially I'd like to let a top clip run out (so not a loop) and then for the one below to cue so I can trigger it with the space bar when I want to (like after 20 seconds or so. Been trying to find an answer online but I can't seem to!
