Hey,
I am thinking about getting an Analog Mixer with a USB Audio Interface like the "Behringer Xenyx X1622 USB".
I have a DDJ-FLX4 by PIONEER DJ and I am using Rekordbox.
What I want to do seems simple at first, but I have either too little knowledge or there is no simple solution for what I want to do.
I want to take the output of my FLX4 route it to the mixer. Then either via USB Audio Interface, or a simple AUX Cable (I only have one AUX I/O), take the Signal from my FLX4 and route it to Ableton, where I want to have for example 2 Audio Tracks, one with a 100% Wet Reverb and one with a 100% Wet Distortion. Then I want to set the output of these 2 tracks to the USB Audio Interface, so that on the Analog Mixer I have a signal from my FLX4 in one channel, the reverbed Signal on another channel, and the distorted Signal on yet another.
Is a Setup like this possible?
I have googled pretty much everything and have found no solutions or similar setups and am unsure whether to buy an Analog Mixer like this.
Thank you for your help!
USB Audio Interface (Behringer) + Ableton
Re: USB Audio Interface (Behringer) + Ableton
Not something I've tried, but it seems like a lot of gear for not much benefit, and latency might be an issue.
How about upgrading your controller to one with more channels and effects, and keep things digital?
But posting in a DJ forum should get you more responses
