Newly received Push 3 is not powering up

Today I finally received my Push 3 controller (not the standalone version). I connected it to the computer pressed the power button but nothing is happening. Changed usb ports, changed the power socket but still no sign of life in the Push. Has anybody had the same problem or does anybody know a solution to this?

Which Live version are you running? Which OS?
You need to use the USB-C socket, not the USB-A one. Use the stock cable (it works fine with USB)C to USB-A adapters fyi) if possible.
Did you try direct connection to a computer or did you use a USB hub?

I use W11 version 11.3.20.b2 with the usb c socket stock cable directly to a sub port of the computer it's still not powering up.

Did you try with the release version (L11.3.11) first?

No I did not try with an earlier version should this matter?

L11.3.20b2 is a beta. So yeah, you should definitely first try using the current release version.

I tried the current release version but without any result. The push just don't want to start.

Did you try with the included power supply, or just USB-C? If you tried the power supply and it's not working, best to contact support for help or a replacement:

I think the power supply is working because the red light for the digital out is working and it I press the power button 10 seconds the save button lights up and the red light from the digital out is out. I think the usb c connection is broke.
