Push 3 Note Mode Freezing

This has been a reoccurring issue the entire time I've owned P3.
This is still happening nearly 6 months in

As you can see in the video the pads are still working in trigger mode - but are unresponsive in note mode - across all channels.

Can this please be prioritised for a fix?
I can't trust the device for live performances until this stops happening.

Happens regularly - every single 30+minute session this happens.
It will usually unfreeze 5-10 minutes later at random.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found any quick fix for it?

Which firmware/version is it running?
Did you contact Support about this?
I've seen this occasionally, but I don't recall this lasting for more than 30s or so.
I'm wondering if this is a sign of CPU overload in your case?

Yes unfortunately I too have noticed this too frequently.

I did not have the patience to wait 5 - 10 minutes. Usually I would reboot or switch to Controller mode from Standalone to fix this.

OMG I got my Push Saturday and here it is Monday and I took an almost identical video. Can reproduce the unresponsive pad issue within 60 seconds of loading a project based on an Ableton template. Only a reboot solves for me. Unacceptable!

Was a Solution found for this ? its occurring with my PUSH 2 after downloading Live 12. I Contacted Support but they have gone ominously quiet after initially saying they can’t find an issue from the crash status report . i Suppose they are struggling under the weight of LIVE 12 bugs/enquires..
