I moved the topic to the General discussions, not to hide it, just to keep things a bit organised.
I fully understand the problem with Support and Erik and I always forward this type of threads to the Team.
Just like you and everyone else I wish Support would have the ressources to go back strong; they're doing their best and shaking their a$$es like crazy, but believe it or not Covid lockdowns' started the requests' flood and they didn't have the time to fully recover when P3 hit the market.
It's indeed not cool that it impacts users who are obviously not responsible for this, but it's just how it is for the moment.
Even though I can't do anything much about it myself, I'm feeling sorry about the situation and I can only assure you that Support will get back to you... I know it's taking too long, but they will.

Translation from German to English: it's just how it is for the moment while we are collecting shitloads of cash from all the Push 3 orders with no one left to help for support.

Then throw in the word COVID as the standard long term never ending excuse every other business is using too in this remote work from home world, and finally we have a viable answer to your idiotic request for support.

Thank you come again.
I'm not here to throw out things that anyone's supposed to "translate", but ok just believe what you want to believe as you long as [erm] said: please respect the community guidelines.

French mixed Schwäbisch Bavarian. (Hence the bitchy sarcasm - a wonderful combo)
