Push 3 Standalone Crashing!

I recently added Push 3 Standalone to my live setup, and since then, I've been encountering frequent system crashes. During these incidents, the entire system freezes, forcing me to restart the machine by performing a hard shutdown and reboot. This has occurred during both of the live shows I've performed, and it has also happened several times in our studio during testing.
This situation is quite frustrating, especially considering that this machine is dedicated to live performances and should ideally offer a high level of stability. I have experienced this issue with both the previous version and the current version (1.1.12) of the system. I've tried adjusting buffer sizes and sample rates, but nothing seems to improve the situation. Furthermore, it doesn't appear to be a processing power issue, as the machine typically doesn't overheat and generally runs smoothly until it suddenly crashes.
Inside the computer, the project runs smoothly with low CPU usage.
Anyone else with same issue?

I’ve heard very few instances of actual hard crashes in standalone mode. Since this has happened to you more than a few times, I would contact support so they can walk you through any steps to ensure it’s not a faulty unit.

Yes... I'm waiting the reply for some days already... sent the crash report and all.
