May I ask you about preorder?

1. If I preorder Live 12 right now, is there any benefit over ordering later when Live 12 actually is released ?

2. If I buy live 11 now, the ad of ableton.com says, I will get live 12 for free. (However I already have Live Suite 11, anyway)
What is the meaning of this ? How can I get live 12 for free for only paying for live 11 ?

I just placed my pre-order, but it's so frustrating seeing all these videos from people who already have 12. I'm just waiting for an email to say I can download the beta. I want to play!
