In arrangement view sometimes the notes do not align with grid

As you can see from the image attached, sometimes the notes do not align to the grid even after quantizing and manually setting the lengths using the encorder.

For example the 6th note (B2) has position 6.1.1 and length 1.00 but the bar shown goes past 7.11.

Steps:
I recorded the notes live and then quantized. Also tried tweaking the length with the encoder but no avail.
If I use the sequencer then there's no issue and the notes have the exact same length.
