Does anyone know what is the average time support responds to tickets?
Im starting to worry that I somehow mislabeled the ticket and they will not respond at all.

I he two open tickets. One was for lack of tracking info that is over a week old and just needs closing, clearly no one has looked at it. Second ticket on my bricked Push 3 SA has been open since Tues. Is support a based in one country?
