Is there a stock RMS meter in Ableton?
I've heard in different forums that there is, and I've heard in others that there isn't. I need one. I can't find one.

The meters in the Tracks and between all devices show RMS, the brighter green bar is RMS (the darker green shows Peak).

All of the meters in Live have RMS metering actually. If you look at them while audio is playing, you'll see a solid meter that will look more steady and is showing you the RMS, while behind it is a shaded one that instead shows you peak readings.

It's unfortunate that we're at Live 12 and this is still the only real answer (aside from using M4L devices / VSTs).
I mean if you stretch the mixer enough vertically I guess it gives you a somewhat decent idea of where the RMS is sitting in relation to the peak, but I wish you could either right click the value readout above the meters to switch between peak/ RMS / LUFS etc... or have the option to show multiple readings simultaneously
