Something on the top left screen (what is this?)

Something like CPU meter shows up on the left screen, does anybody know what is this?

I'm trying to detect by viewing task manager but I couldn't find yet.

Ok I solved it, it was from GPU Tweak III programme. If anybody encounters this problem, this is the answer.
