Problems with saving presets, defaults & templates

Greetings fellow Earthlings, it's the homie Shield @ShieldYourEnergy & @ShieldOntario.

As the subject title states, I am having issues with saving the above proclivities.

Recently I upgraded from intro to suite, and since than I haven't been able to save defaults, presets or templates.

With an error message stating "cannot open so and so folder...", folders that I find no errors with my limited understanding, hence why I seek your support.

Tried sorting files out, altering the properties for said folder in user library, & I haven't been able to figure it out after a week or so.

Please help if you know the solution, accepting all suggestions, thanks!
